Civica’s voice recording solution has been purposely designed to meet the needs of public sector organisations with all the facilities of a corporate call recording application and seamless integration into CRM applications.

Protect your staff and your business - It is your responsibility as an employer to protect the interests of your business and staff, and address the "I didn't say that" or "I didn't order that" situations.

• CRM integration - Civica Call Recording was designed from the outset to integrate with CRM Applications, including Civica’s Contact Manager. The call recording software can be used through its own web based interface, but most of its functionality can also be made available directly through the CRM Application.

Archive - The system is typically configured to record all calls and store them for a minimum of 3 months. However in instances where a recording needs to be kept indefinitely the system allows for calls to be archived.

Find recordings easily - Locating a particular call recording on traditional solutions can be time-consuming. This is not the case with our solution as every recording is automatically associated with the corresponding phone call document.

Maintain and monitor quality - Civica call recording can randomly select recordings according to the customer’s parameters. E.g. the system can be asked to randomly select 10 calls per agent per month. These calls can be listened to and, if required, notes added or scores entered against preconfigured criteria.

Passivity - The system is entirely passive, so any interruption or problem with the solution will not affect the operation of the phone system.
